通过对食品加工技术专业课程的几轮课程考核改革,探索了一种全新的、符合高职特色的课程考核方式。实践证明,这种过程考核方式激发了学生广泛参与的学习兴趣,引导了学生自主学习积极性,增强了学生学习成就感和自信心,适应了当前培养技术技能型人才的高职培养目标。
By means of the food processing technology professionals' course being several rounds of curriculum evaluation reform,this paper gets ideas for new routes of the characteristics of higher vocational curriculum assessment. It has been found that the students are interested in this assessment process. The students' learning interests is improved in their course and it will enhance their sense of accomplishment and self- worth. It adapts to the training objectives of the higher vocational technology education.
