With constant advance of curriculum reform process of basic education,promoting teachers＇ professional level of development and improving teachers＇ quality has become the urgent demand of the development of time and society. Curriculum reform of basic education endows the professional development of teachers of moral course in junior high school with new connotation,and makes unique requirements of their quality. To make clear the connotation and quality of the professional development of teachers of moral course in junior high school is the need of continuous development of teacher＇s personal profession and the demand of teachers＇ education development.
