从我国房地产行业整体来看,还没有出现垄断性寡头市场,但在区域性市场中,一些主导型房地产企业所占市场份额和对市场的影响力,都表现出寡头垄断特点。在分析我国房地产市场结构和存在问题的基础上,借鉴国外房地产市场的发展经验,提出推动我国房地产市场健康可持续发展的对策建议。
英文摘要：
From the whole China＇s real estate market industry, there is no monopoly market. But in the regional market,some leading real estate enterprises have more market share and market influence power, which behaves like monopoly. Based on analyzing the domestic real estate market structure and existing problem, this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the healthy and sustainable development of the domestic real estate market according to the experiences from the foreign real estate market.
