There are rich language materials in Zhuzi Yulei, ,including many characteristic words and special expressions that are rare in other documents. These features are dialect, temporary spoken words, and the new meanings of the old words. Studying on these characteristic words and special expressions will help us to study on Zhu Xi＇ s language characteristics and promote the study on the Chinese vocabulary.
