OPN基因多态性与猪繁殖性状相关分析

研究长白猪、大白猪、杜洛克猪及槐猪的骨调素(OPN)基因多态性及其与猪繁殖性状的关系.研究表明:OPN基因在6136bp处发生同义突变(C→A),发现大白猪、长白猪和槐猪群体中存在3种OPN基因型(CC、CA和AA),而在杜洛克群体中仅发现从型.在槐猪群体中,CC、从型初产母猪个体的总产仔数(TNB)均显著高于CA型(P〈0.05),不同基因型初产母猪的产活仔数(NBA)差异均不显著(P〉0.05);CC、AA型经产母猪个体的TNB均极显著高于CA型(P〈0.01),CC型经产母猪的NBA极显著高于CA型(P〈0.01),AA型经产母猪的NBA显著高于CA型(P〈0.05),但无论是初产母猪还是经产母猪,CC型和从型的TNB和NBA差异均不显著(P〉0.05).在大白猪、长白猪和杜洛克猪群体中,OPN基因对其TNB和NBA均无显著影响(P〉0.05).

英文摘要:

The relationship between genetic polymorphism of OPN gene and reproductive traits was studied in Landrace pig, Large White pig, Duroc and Huai pig. From sequence comparison, we found that there is a mutant site (C→A) of 6163 bp in the DNA sequence of OPN gene. CC, CA and AA genotypes were found in Landrace pig, Large White pig and Huai pig populations. While this polymorphism was not found in Duroc pig, and only AA genotype presents in it. Result from association analysis indicated that OPN gene did not have effect on TNB and NBA of Landrace pig, Large White pig and Duroc (P〉0.05). In Haai pig popalation, first farrowing sows with CC and AA genotype show more TNB than those with CA genotype significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), while there was no significant differences in NBA of first farrowing sows among 3 genotypes (P 〉 0.05 ). TNB of multiparous sows with CC and AA genotypo was more than that with CA genotype, and there were extremely significant differences (P 〈0.01 ). NBA of multipa- rous sows with C C genotype was more than those with CA genotypo extremely significantly (P 〈 0.01 ), while NBA of the individual with AA genotype was more than those with CA genotype (P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in TNB and NBA of beth first farrowing and multiparous sows with CC and AA genotype (P 〉0.05). In the populations of Landrace pig, Large White pig, Duroc and Huai pig, OPN gene has no significant effect on their TNB and NBA (P〉0.05).
