针对目前三维粗糙度小波基准面分析中,最优小波基的选择和小波分解次数的确定主要依据经验确定的问题,通过比较微细电火花线切割加工表面三维形貌的小波重构精度选择最优小波基.根据小波变换能量守恒特征,小波在分解单一信号时,其分解能量服从指数分布的方法确定三维粗糙度小波基准面的分解次数,提取出微细电火花线切割加工表面三维粗糙度小波评定基准表面.经过试验验证了这种方法的准确性,并可以推广到机械加工表面的三维粗糙度的评定中.
The two key problems in the evaluation of the reference plane by wavelet for 3D roughness are determining the optimum wavelet base and the base level of wavelet decomposition mainly by experience.The optimum wavelet base was chosen through comparison of reconstruction accuracy after wavelet decomposition of the three-dimensional shape of micro wire electrical discharge machining(MWEDM).According to energy conservation features of wavelet transformation,when decomposing single frequency signals by wavelet transformation,the wavelet decomposition energy follows exponential distribution,thereby determining the base level of the wavelet decomposition of three-dimensional surface roughness.The number of reference plane assessment to extract the reference plane of three-dimensional surface roughness evaluation of MWEDM by wavelet.The experimental test verified the accuracy of this method,which can be extended to the evaluation of three-dimensional surface roughness in machining.
