苗药艾纳香不同居群及不同部位的质量研究

目的 研究苗药艾纳香不同居群及不同部位的质量.方法 挥发油采用药典方法蒸馏提取;总黄酮采用50%乙醇回流法提取,紫外可见分光光度法测定.结果 艾纳香新鲜、阴干及烘干叶片挥发油含量分别为2.0167、1.5917、1.2751 ml/kg,且三者间差异有统计学意义.叶片挥发油含量显著高于嫩枝,分别为1.1417 ml/kg和0.6313 ml/kg.不同居群挥发油含量为0.9333~2.5667ml/kg,平均为1.6490ml/kg,居群间差异有统计学意义;不同居群总黄酮含量为13.43%~17.48%,平均为14.87%,居群间差异无统计学意义.结论 提取艾纳香挥发油时,应采用新鲜叶片,且最好即采即用;作为药材使用的艾纳香叶片应采用阴干法干燥;艾纳香嫩枝可用于提取挥发油,以充分发挥艾纳香资源价值;不同居群艾纳香叶片挥发油含量差异显著,总黄酮含量差异不显著,在选择艾纳香优良种源时,应以挥发油含量作为主要指标.

英文摘要:

Objective To test the medicinal quality of different population and different part of miao medicine Blumea balsamifera Dc. Methods Volatile oil was extracted through steam distillation method.Flavonoids was extracted with 50% ethanol and determined by UV. Results The content of volatile oil in fresh leaves,dried leaves dry in the shade or by bakeout were 2.0167,1.5917 and 1.2751 ml/kg respectively.And the difference was significantly among them.The content of volatile oil in leaves was significantly higher than twigs,1.1417 and 0.6313 ml/kg respectively.The difference of volatile oil and flavonoids content in different population was significantly.The content of volatile oil was about 0.9333-2.5667 ml/kg, means of 1.6490 ml/kg and flavonoids was about 13.43%-16.93%,means of 14.87% in leaves, there was no statistically significant difference in population. Conclusion It should chose fresh leaves when extract volatile oil,and the best used in a timely manner.While leaves should be dried in shade when use it as medicine mate- rial.Twigs can be used for extracting volatile oil,in order to give full play to the einar sweet resources value;Different significant difference in Blumea balsamifera De leaf essential oil content,flavonoids content difference is not signifi- cant,when choosing einar fragrant excellent provenance,the content of volatile oil as the main indexes.
