The reform of Chinese official old-age insurance should simultaneously carry on with the reform of three matchable systems, such as the retirement system, the wage system and legal regime. The retirement system＇s reform should include the enhancement of retirement age and the consistent of men＇s and women＇s retirement age. The wage system＇s reform should include the establishment to reasonable wage structure, the introduction of achievements wage system, reduced recessive income and interzone wage differentials. The legal regime＇s reform should include the establishment to the adaptative legal system and the ensurance of responsibility and rule by law＇s procedure.
