正确引导大学生网络舆情对于构建和谐高校具有重要的意义。大学生网络舆情的舆情主体、舆情内容、舆情管理和舆情载体有其特殊性,使大学生网络舆情的管理复杂化。笔者从大学生网络舆情的特点出发,分析了大学生网络舆情引导中出现的舆情信息混乱无序、舆情主体的非理性、舆情管理的消极应对和非主流文化的负面效应等问题,并针对这些问题从情感、价值、环境、管理四方面提出引导策略。
英文摘要：
Correct guidance of the college students＇ network public opinion has a vital significance to build harmonious universities. Subject, content, management, carrier of their public opinion have particularity and complicate the management of the college students＇ network public opinion. Starting from the characteristics of college students＇ network public opinion, the writer analyses some problems, for example, confusion and disorder of public opinion information, the irrationalness of public opinion subject, negative coping of public opinion management and the negative effect of non mainstream culture and then proposes guidance strategy through the four aspects of emotion, value, culture and management for solving these problems.
