企业人力资源经理岗位胜任特征研究

在人力资源经理作为企业高层日益专业化和职业化的今天,认识其岗位胜任特征的重要性越来越凸现。通过对中国企业人力资源经理招聘广告的分析,发现除了在年龄、性别、学历、专业、经历、知识等方面的要求外,出现频率最多的10个岗位胜任特征为:文笔能力、公关能力、影响他人、团队领导、责任心、团队合作、沟通能力、协调他人、亲和力、精力旺盛。

英文摘要:

As HR executives become more and more specialized and professionalized in the position as corporate leaders, more attention has been paid to the importance to recognize different occupational competencies. Through our advertisment analysis for the Chinese hr executives, we find that besides the requirements for age, gender, major, experience, knowledge, there are ten most frequently appeared occupational competencies, And the ten competencies are writing ability, public relationships, influencing others, team leadership, responsibility, team - work, communication ability, coordination adility, appetency, and spiritual8ity. The research results have showed some implications to application.
