针对现代服务业管理者胜任特征进行实证研究,结果显示管理层级、年龄、文化水平、企业性质、企业所在地区等因素对现代服务业管理者的胜任特征有显著影响,现代服务业管理者的胜任特征在这些因素上存在显著差异。未来研究应充分考虑这些因素的影响,构建更加完善的现代服务业管理者胜任特征模型。
This paper conducts empirical study on the competency model of managers in Chinese service sector. The results show that a significant difference is found in some specific competences in terms of hierarchy, age, education, ownership and location. Future research should consider these affecting factors in order to construct a more perfect competency model of managers in Chinese service sector.
