培训是企业人力资源管理的核心内容,特别在我国经济转型时期和国家提出鼓励企业自主创新的政策背景下尤其重要。基于对中美两国企业的培训状况的比较,进而在分析我国企业培训中存在问题的基础上,提出加强我国企业培训的政策建议,构建促进企业和员工同时成长的培训机制。
Training is a key content of human resource management in companies, especially in the transitional economy and at the time of government encouraging enterprise independent innovation. Therefore, based on comparing the status quo of company training in China and the United States, it's necessary to analyze the problems of company training in China, and then propose the policy suggestions for strengthening of training in Chinese companies.
