应用Dynaform软件对金属板材的拉深工艺参数如压边力、凸模倒角、毛坯尺寸和拉深件形状等对窄形件拉深质量的影响进行了仿真分析。结果表明,窄形件拉深的缺陷一般发生在两条短边处;过小的压边力有起皱的缺陷发生,过大的压边力则会产生裂纹;改变凸模圆角大小,或者对凸模进行倒边角,可以达到改善拉深质量的目的;毛坯尺寸在保证足够满足拉深工件尺寸的情况下越小越好;窄形件的宽度越窄、拉深深度越深就越容易拉裂。
The effects of metal sheet drawing process parameters such as blank holding force, punch chamfer, blank size and drawing shape on the quality of narrow drawing parts were analyzed based on Dynaform software. The results show that the forming defects in narrow drawing parts often locate two short side. The little bank holding forces cause wrinkles, and the large bank holding forces cause crackles. The purpose of improving the quality of deep drawing parts can be achieved by changing the punch fillet size or chamfering to punch. If the blank dimensions are sufficient to meet the size of the drawing work piece, the smaller the blank dimension is, the better the quality of narrow drawing parts is. The more narrow the width of narrow pieces is and the deeper the drawing depth is, the easier it is to crack.
