人才培养规格与定位是办学的立足点与依据。公安院校在交通管理专业人才培养模式上存在多样性,在人才培养规格与定位上存在一定认识偏差,由此造成在课程设置、教学方法设计上难以满足现阶段公安交通管理实务部门对人才的需求。从服务地方公安机关的角度来讲,各省属院校应当重视交通管理人才的培养,在人才培养规格与定位上做到个性化;合理区分职前、职后阶段,分阶段设置教育内容;注重地方公安院校属地人才培养特性,个性化开展教学;通过校际交流,共同开发课程体系,共享人才培养经验。
The standard and orientation of talent training which are basis and foothold of running a school. Public security colleges have a variety of patterns in talent training of traffic management major, there are some cognitive deviations in the standard and orientation of talent training. Because of these factors, the curriculum settings and teaching methods are difficult to meet the talent needs of public security traffic management departments. From the perspective of serving the local public security organs, all the provincial colleges should pay attention to talent training of traffic management, and make the individualization of the standard and orientation of talent training. Through the inter-school communication, we should jointly develop the curriculum system, and share the experience of talent training.
