铁路斜拉桥混凝土主塔结构是斜拉桥中主要受力结构之一,混凝土主塔锚固区受力最为复杂,采用密集钢筋和墩头锚结构,其中在密集钢筋布置下进行墩头锚施工难度非常大。在郁江特大桥混凝土主塔施工中,对墩头锚的施工创新性地采用了加强钢束下料精度的定尺下料法、镦头锚索整体安装法、去除张拉锚槽延伸张拉位等一套实用、严谨的技术方法。它在确保镦头锚施工质量的同时,也解决了斜拉桥施:【中锚槽与普通钢筋相碰的一贯难题。
The main tower structure is one of main structures loaded by forces for cable-stayed bridge, the force at anchorage zone of main tower is the most complex, high density steel bar and button-head anchorage are used, button-head anchorage construction is difficult with high density steel bar. In concrete construction of main tower of Yujiang River Bridge, fixed length blanking method with strengthening blanking precision of steel strands, overall installation method of button-head anchor cable, removing tension anchor slot method with extending tension are used in the pier anchor construction, which ensure construction quality of button-head anchorage construction, solve collision problem between anchor slot and common steel bar in construction of cable-stayed bridge.
