将溶于一定量有机溶剂的十二烯基琥珀酸酐滴加入麦芽糖碱性水溶液中反应得十二烯基琥珀酸单麦芽糖酯。通过考察原料配比、酸酐溶剂、酸酐滴加速度、反应时间等因素对十二烯基琥珀酸单麦芽糖酯产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:原料配比麦芽糖:酸酐(物质的量比)为4:1,酸酐溶剂为丙酮,酸酐滴加1h,在35℃条件下反应6h,十二烯基琥珀酸单麦芽糖酯的产率为83.1%。当十二烯基琥珀酸单麦芽糖酯水溶液的质量浓度为1.35mg/mL时,产物的表面张力约为36.64×10^-3N/m。
Dodeeenly sueeinie anhydride in a small amount organic solvent was introduced into the alkaline solution of maltose to produce maltose dodecenyl sueeinate. Factors such as molar ratio of material in reactions, solvent of anhydride, velocity of adding dodecenyl succinic anhydride and the time were investigated by a comparative experi- ment. The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined as follows : molar ratio of maltose to dodecenly suceinie anhydride:4:1 ,solvent of anhydride:acetone,velocity: 1 h,reaction duration:6 h at 35 ℃. The maximum yield was up to 83.1%. The surface tension of the aqueous solution of maltose dodecenyl succinate 1.35 mg/mL was about 36.64 × 10^-3 N/m.
