在分析1950年以来6个不同时期黄河空间泥沙分布状况及存在的主河槽淤积比例偏大、主河槽萎缩、河道输沙能力下降、排沙入海比例减少等问题的基础上,构建了黄河泥沙空间优化配置的总体框架,提出了泥沙优化配置的理论方法,确定了黄河泥沙配置的1个总目标、2个子目标、6个评价指标、7种配置方式和10个配置单元。研发了黄河泥沙空间优化配置数学模型,该模型由河道水沙动力学模型和泥沙多目标优化配置模型两个子模型构成。河道水沙动力学模型计算河道平滩流量、滩槽冲淤量和引水含沙量等,泥沙多目标优化配置模型由综合目标函数和配置约束条件构成。优化配置方案由两个子模型联合计算而得。本文介绍了优化配置模型的计算过程和采用的计算参数。
Based on the analyses on the present situation and induced problems of sediment spatial distribution in the Yellow River in six periods since 1950,a general frame of optimal spatial allocation of sediment is established.The principle and corresponding method of oplimizing the spatial allocation of sediment is suggested,in which one general objective,two subsidiary objectives,six evaluation indexes,seven allocation manners and ten allocation cells for the Yellow River are involved.The mathematical model for determining the optimal spatial allocation of sediment is developed,which is composed of two subsidiary models including the model of water and sediment dynamics and the model of multi-objectives optimal allocation of sediment.The optimal allocation schemes of sediment in Yellow River are calculated with these two subsidiary models,the calculation process and the adapted parameters of the mathematical model are introduced.
