社会资本对经济结构优化的影响研究一直是学者们关注的焦点问题。本文在测度社会资本和产业结构调整进行测度的基础上，通过理论模型和经验实证分析了社会资本影响产业结构高级化和合理化的路径及其区域效应和结构效应。研究结果表明：符合市场比较优势的产业集聚、市场信息认知度的提升和交易成本的降低是社会资本推动产业结构调整的重要理论路径；社会资本对区域产业结构高级化的影响呈现出了U型路径，其中社会网络起主要作用；社会资本对产业结构合理化的影响呈现出了倒u型路径，其中社会规范起主要作用。在不同经济区域，社会资本及其构成的影响路径存在一定差异。
英文摘要：
The study on effect of social capital on economic structure has been the focus of the scholars. Based on themeasurement of social capital and the regional industry structure adjustment, this paper analyzes the influence of socialcapital on fundamentals and rationalization of industrial structure and its regional differences by theoretical models andempirical data. The research results show that industrial agglomeration according to comparative advantage of themarket, promotion of market information awareness and lower of transaction cost are the important theory path of socialcapital＇ s promoting industrial structure adjustment; the effect of social capital on the fundamentals of regional industrystructure presented the u-shaped path, in which the social network plays a main role; The influence of social capital onthe rationalization of industrial structure has a inverted u-shaped path, in which the social norms plays a main role. Indifferent economic regions, the influence of social capital and its path are different.
