目的探讨IP-Ⅲ畸形患者人工耳蜗植入术后的听觉康复效果。方法回顾性分析2004年9月～2015年3月在我院行人工耳蜗植入的IP-Ⅲ畸形患者8例（8耳），并筛选耳蜗发育正常患者8例（8耳）作为对照，对两组患者术后12个月的CAP、SIR和MAIS得分进行分析和比较。结果IP-Ⅲ畸形组患者术后12个月的CAP、SIR及MAIS得分均低于耳蜗发育正常组，但两组间CAP、SIR和MAIS得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论IP-Ⅲ畸形患者人工耳蜗植入术后的听觉康复效果较耳蜗发育正常的患者稍差，但仍能达到较满意的效果。

英文摘要：

Objective To report the auditory rehabilitation outcomes in IP-Ⅲ patients after cochlear implantation. Methods Sixteen profoundly hearing-impaired patients were recruited in this study, including 8 with IP-Ⅲ and 8 with normal anatomic structures. They all were implanted from 2004.09 to 2015.03.The Meaningful Auditory Integration Scale （MAIS）, categories of auditory performance （CAP）and speech intelligibility rating （SIR） were used to evaluate the auditory and speech abilities of patients 12 months after cochlear implantation. The results were compared between the two groups. Results The results showed that all the average scores of CAP,SIR and MAIS in IP-Ⅲ were lower than that of the normal patients. There were no significant differences between the two groups in CAP,SIR and MAIS scores（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The auditory abilities of Patients with IP-Ⅲ are poorer than patients with normal anatomic structures,but the auditory rehabilitation outcomes can satisfy them and meet their needs.
