在正式课程之外,能使学习者获取非预期、非计划中的知识和能力的教学活动,即隐性课程。民族高校加强大学生民族团结教育是实现各民族团结、和睦的重要方式和基础,是国家以及时代赋予的神圣使命。民族团结教育涉及学校的各个层面,民族团结教育必须纳入课程建设范畴。民族团结教育隐性课程建设必须突出民族高校民族特征、团结特征、高校特征。根据隐性课程的基本内容,结合民族高校的特点,民族团结隐性课程建设体系应该包括教师、学生、管理三个层面。
Innumerable experience has proved that apart from in-class courses, students can also gain a lot of from non-anticipated and non-planned recessive courses. An important way and foundation to realize unity and harmony of people of different ethnic groups is to enhance national unity education at ethnic universities which is a sacred mission demanded by the country and the time. National unity education is reflected in all aspects of school work and should be included in construction of recessive courses. In constructing the courses, characteristics of ethnicity, unity and university should be highlighted and teachers, students and administration staff should be involved in the construction system of recessive courses according to basic contents of the courses and features of ethnic universities.
