汽车主动式头枕能够在汽车追尾碰撞时有效地减小头枕和头部的间距,从而实现保护乘车者颈部的作用。针对现有汽车主动式头枕装置的设计缺陷与不足,提出运用TRIZ理论对主动式头枕机构进行创新设计,优化设计了一种基于分割创新原理的非联动式汽车座椅主动式头枕装置,然后通过UG/Motion功能模块对所设计机构进行运动仿真分析。分析结果表明机构运动轨迹符合设计要求,运动过程无干涉发生,从而验证了本机构设计的可行性与正确性。
Active head restraint is designed for reducing the space between headrest and head effectively during automotive rear crash, so it can protect the neck of passengers. In order to solve the defects and deficiency of the existing active head restraint, the innovative design of active head restraint was proposed based on TRIZ theory, and a non-linkage active head restraint based on segmentation principle of innovation was designed. Then, the motion simulation of active head restraint was carried out by UG/Motion function module. The result of analysis shows the trajectory of mechanism motion can comply with the requirements for the design, and the interference is not occurred in the process of moving. The applicability and correctness of the designed active head restraint was validated.
