The political pattern of the Han-Jin society was the father should be kind, son show filial obedience, this characteristic greatly influenced and shaped the economic base of the imperial power. In the Han-Jin imperial edict, the emperors were described as kindly fathers, they supported the self-suffi- cient economy through all kinds of good ways, which embodied the close relationship between the emperor and the people. This relationship greatly maintained the development of self-sufficient economy, while it had strong deception.
