在经济增长和技术进步的研究领域中,技术学习与创新一直是学者们研究的焦点,管理学习与创新作为另一个显著促进经济增长和技术进步的因子,但关于"企业是如何获得和学习管理技术"这一重要问题则很少被学术界讨论,这是一个疏忽。鉴于此,本研究在现有理论基础上,构建了管理学习与技术进步的关系模型,并选取1978-2013年之间的中国宏观层面的经济数据和三家典型企业,运用数理统计方法和多案例研究法,对命题进行了验证。结果显示,管理学习与创新对技术进步的贡献达到45%;其微观作用机制包括效率导向、成本导向和技术机会导向三种。
Most existing studies of economic growth and technological progress have focused on the technological learning and innovation. The important question of how companies acquired and‘learned'management technologies is almost untouched in the literature.This is a serious oversight as managerial learning significantly contributes to economic growth and technological progress in China as elsewhere. Based on most existing studies,the research constructed a theory model for the relationship between managerial learning and technological progress. Based on methods of mathematical statistics and multiple cases study,the research tested propositions with China economy data from 1978 to 2013 and three typical firms. The results show that managerial learning contributed to technological progress as more as 45%; and there are three mechanisms here,including efficiency-oriented,cost-oriented and technology opportunities-oriented.
