基于组织的时间维度和空间维度,在国内外首次构建了组织的时空发展模型。组织在时空维度的发展过程中会面临环境的变化,根据环境变化的可预测和不可预测两个维度,将组织面临的环境变化类型划分为4种,从而构建了组织在不同环境变化类型下的学习模型,提出了组织在时空发展过程中应对环境的变化时可以采取的3种学习模式。然后,根据不同组织学习能力和智慧半径的差异,构建了组织的学习能力/智慧半径模型,探究了其与组织学习模式选择之间的关系。此外,还基于组织发展的时间和组织价值两个维度构建了组织学习的成效模型,将组织学习的成效分为4类模型。最后,通过整合上述4类模型,建立了面向时空发展的组织学习理论模型,进一步丰富和拓展了组织学习理论,对更好地推动组织学习实践具有重要指导意义。
Based on time dimension and space dimension of organizations, this paper establishes Organizational Time-Space Development Model at home and abroad for the first time. Organizations usually face environmental changes during their time-space development. On the basis of the predicta- ble dimension and unpredictable dimension, the environmental changes faced by organizations can be divided into four types. Thus, this study constructs the Model of Organizational Learning in Different Environmental Change Types, and points out that organizations can adopt three learning patterns to deal with environmental changes during their time space development. Then, according to the differ- ences of organizational learning capability and wisdom area of different organizations, it establishes the Model of Organizational Learning Capability/Wisdom Area, and explores the relationship between or- ganizational learning capability/wisdom area and organizational learning mode. It also puts forward Organizational Learning Effectiveness Model based on the two dimensions of organizational develop- ment duration and the average value created by the organizations, and then divides organizational learning effectiveness into four types. Finally, it integrates the four models above to establish the Or- ganizational Learning Theory Model for Time-Space Development, which will be meaningful for both enriching the theory and promoting the practice of organizational learning.
