在复杂变化环境下,组织情绪对企业发展的影响日趋凸显,对企业组织情绪能力管理的研究更加迫切。本文采用问卷调查方法针对我国科技企业的组织情绪能力开展结构研究,并分析其对组织创新的影响。基于国际相关研究,经过文献分析、深度访谈、专家访谈、开放式问卷调查、预测试和信度效度分析,研究表明我国科技企业组织情绪能力由鼓舞、自由表达、游戏、体验、和谐及认同动态性六因子结构构成。为分析测量工具的预测效度,通过对数百家科技企业的问卷调查,进一步检验出组织情绪能力对企业创新会产生显著影响。
Under complex environment, the organizational emotion becomes more and more important to the development of enterprises, the research of organizational emotional capability (OEC) also becomes urgent. This paper uses questionnaire method to explore the structure model of OEC in Chinese S&T enterprises and tests its impact on organizational innovation. Based on international studies, and through literature analysis, in - depth interview, expert interviews, open questionnaire survey, prediction test and reliability validity analysis, the research found that OEC in Chinese S&T enterprises is composed of six factors, such as inspiration, freedom expression, game, experience, harmony and identification dynamics. To test the predictive validity of measurement tools, an empirical survey of hundreds of technology companies showed that OEC in Chinese S&T enterprises have a significant impact on organizational innovation.
