Traditional decision-making technique of logistics outsourcing neglected those objective factors between demander and supplier including：consumer preference inconsistent,decision objective different,information asymmetry,which existed in logistics outsourcing market.The multi-attribute first score reverse auction model was introduced to logistics services transaction mechanism,improving the type of cost function of logistics services demander,analyzing the equilibrium strategies.At last,expected utility of logistics services demander is given.
