分析了不确定条件下应急物资动员系统网络结构的特征,把应急物资动员问题抽象为动员点选择、动员点上动员量的确定和动员点到需求点的最佳路径调配等问题。采用区间数刻画动员时间的不确定性,建立了有动员限制期的应急物资动员方案模型,给出相应的求解思路和计算步骤。最后,以某区域突发事件发生后汽油类物资动员方案的生成为例,得到区间条件下有限制期的汽油动员方案,验证了该模型的正确性和可行性。
This paper dealt with the characteristice of material mobilization network system undercertain conditions, an emergency material mobilization decision-making problem which refers to mobilization sport chosen, mobilization quantity settled and delivery. By adoption of the number of regions to depict the mobilization time of uncertainty, models for emergency material mobilization in limited time were established and corresponding calculation methods and steps were offered. Finally, taking a gas mobilization scheme made after a sudden incident in a certain district for example, an optimal mobilization scheme was worked out in limited time under certain conditions. The scheme verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the model.
