为解决军事供应链成员个体理性与集体理性决策之间的冲突,提高供应链运作绩效及使其成员相互协调地工作.运用博弈论和系统优化方法,构建由一个制造商、一个供应站和多个舰艇部队组成的3级供应链模型,分析了常态下的军事供应链合作模型,得出其最优的订货量.当突发事件造成舰艇部队需求或制造商成本扰动很大时,供应链将不再协调,可通过调整批发价格、回收价格或设计新合约使供应链重新协调,抗击突发事件风险,实现供应链收益的最大化.
To resolve the inherit decision-making conflict between what is the best for the individual and what maximizes efficiency for the overall supply chain,improve the supply chain efficiency and make that actors in the supply chain can cooperate better, using game theory and the optimization method,we develop a three-level supply chain model of a supplier and a provided-station and multi-warship troops,analyze the harmonious model of supply chain under normal circumstance,to get the optimal order quantity. When dis- ruption makes that the disturbance of demand or cost is very big, the supply chain no longer coordinates, we may adjust the wholesale price or buy-back price or design a new contract to make supply chain coordinate again, anti-disruption risk and profits maximizing.
