目的:运用紫外分光光度法测定黑面神药材中总三萜类成分的含量,从而为有效控制药材质量提供依据。方法:以药材中主要成分三萜类的熊果酸为考察指标,以5%香草醛一冰乙酸及高氯酸为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法在547nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。结果:总三萜类成分在8.28~49.68μg范围内呈良好线性关系,其回归方程为Y=10.507X+0.0077,r=0.9995,黑面神中总三萜类成分的含量约为3.89%。结论:紫外分光光度法适合黑面神药材中总三萜类成分的含量测定,该方法操作简便,结果稳定,重现性好。
Objective : To determine the total tritepenoidic in Breynia fruticosa. Methods : Total tritepenoidic was determined by spectrometry using ursolic acid as standard and 5 % vanillin-glacial acetic and perchlorie acid as color-developing agents. Results : The calibration curve was linear(r=0. 9995)in the range of 8.28-49.68μg,and the curve was Y=10. 507X+0. 0077,the content was about 3.89 %. Conclusion: The spectrophotometry is suitable for the determination of total tritepenoidic from Breynia fruticosa. This method operated eonvenientely,the result was stable,and has good repeatability.
