目的研究错牙合畸形的早期干预治疗对于青少年替牙期错牙合畸形的疗效。方法选取错牙合畸形的流行病学调查过程中发现的替牙期错牙合畸形患者，进行早期干预治疗。结果进行早期干预治疗的患者，均取得良好的疗效，有效地阻止了错牙合畸形的发展，或者延缓了发展趋势。结论替牙期错牙合畸形的早期干预治疗，疗效明显。
英文摘要：
Objective To study the effect of early intervention treatment of malocclusion deformity on adolescent dentition malocclusions. Methods Patients during the mixed dentition period of malocclusion deformity were selected according to the epidemiological investi- gation, and early intervention was performed. Results Patients with early treatment achieved good results- the development of malocclusion deformity was effectively blocked, or the development trend was retarded. Conclusion Early intervention in the treatment of mixed dentition maloeclusions is effective and necessary.
