目的:对比研究黑面神茎、枝叶乙醇和水提取物的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用纸片扩散法比较黑面神茎、枝叶各提取物的体外抑菌作用.并采用试管二倍稀释法测定枝叶提取物对敏感菌的最低抑茵浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:枝叶水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC和MIR、分别为15.625mg·ml-1^。和125mg·ml-1^.醇提物为31.25mg·ml-1^和500mg·ml-1^,抑茵率分别ig257.0%和115.5%;枝叶水提物对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC和MBC均为125mg·ml-1^醇提物均为250mg·m1-1^,抑茵率分别达115.5%和31.0%;而茎水提物对试验茵及提取物对白色念珠茵均无抑菌作用。结论:黑面神枝叶提取物抑茵作用明显强于茎提取物,且水提物作用较醇提物强。
OBJECTIVE To contrastively evaluate the bacteriostatic activity of alcoholic and water extracts of the stems and branch-leaves from 13reynia fruticosa. METHODS Baeteriostatic activities of the extracts were tested by paper disc diffusion method,MIC and MBC to sensitive bacteria of the extracts of branchqeaves were evaluated by the liquid media two-fold dilution method. RESULTS MIC and MBC of the water extracts of the branch-leaves to Staphylococcus aureus were 15. 625 mg ml and 125 mg. ml-1^ , the alcoholic extracts were 31.25 mg-ml-1 and 5(10 mg·ml-1 , and the antibacterial rate reached to 257. 0 and 115.5% MIC and MBC of the water extracts of the branch-leaves to Escherichia coli were 125 mg·ml-1^ , the alcoholic ex- tracts were 250 mg·ml -1^ ,and the antibacterial rate reached to 115.5% and 31.0% None of the extracts exhibited inhibitory activity against Candida albicans and also the water extracts of the stems to the tested bacteria. CONCLUSION An obviously stronger haeteriostatic activity was found in the branch-leaves extracts than the stem-ones and also was found in the water ex tracts than the alcoholic ones.
