目的探讨黑面神水提物的抗炎作用,为临床用药提供科学的实验依据。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验,观察黑面神水提物对炎症反应的影响。结果黑面神水提物高、低剂量组对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀及由醋酸引起的组织毛细血管的通透性均具有极显著的抑制作用。结论黑面神水提液具有明显的抗急性炎症作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of water-extract of Breynia fruticosa, and to provide scientific experiment evidence for clinical applications. Methods Various inflammatory models, including the ear edema induced by xylene in mice, the increase of capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice were used to explore the anti-inflammatory of water-extract of Breynia fruticosa. Results Compared with control group, high and low doses of Breynia fruticosa could significantly inhibit ear edema, and both doses of Breynia fruticosa could significantly inhibit the increase of capillary permeability. Conclusion The water-extract of Breynia fruticosa has significant anti-inflammatory effect.
