针对知识转移效率研究目前缺乏实验验证的现状,从概率学研究的角度出发,首先把知识转移的问题分为组织内部知识转移与组织间知识转移2个部分;接着根据组织内知识转移是发生在各个个体之间的客观情况,通过研究个体之间知识转移过程的特点,提出了个体间知识转移的概率学模型,用以研究组织内部的知识转移效率.在此基础上,进一步分析了组织间知识转移的效率,提出了组织间知识转移的概率学模型.然后利用所提出的概率学模型分析了不同的知识转移方式对转移效率的影响,最后以本科生课堂问卷调查的方式,通过实验检验了所提出的个体及组织间知识转移效率的概率学模型的有效性.
Since current research of knowledge transfer efficiency lacks experimental research,in this paper from the angle of probabilistic study the knowledge transfer process is divided into two parts,i.e.the inner-organizational transfer and the inter-organizational knowledge transfer.Based on the inner-organizational knowledge transfer occurring among individuals,the corresponding characteristics are analyzed and the inner-organizational probabilistic model is proposed.With this model,the inter-organizational probabilistic model is developed and the inter-organizational knowledge transfer is studied.Two ways of the inter-organizational knowledge transfer are put forward and analyzed.Questionnaire surveys for undergraduates are conducted to verify the validity of the proposed probability models.
