在借鉴前人的研究基础上,用182家企业层面的数据来对企业文化、组织学习和创新绩效进行实证研究。结果表明:支持型企业文化不但对企业创新绩效有直接的显著影响,而且还通过利用式学习和探索式学习分别对企业创新绩效产生显著的正向影响;创新型企业文化对企业创新绩效有直接的显著影响,同时还通过探索式学习对企业创新绩效产生显著的正向间接影响。
Based on the predecessor's research foundation, this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the relationship among corporate culture, the organization learning and the innovation by 182 enterprise stratification plane's data. Result shows that the supportive culture not only has the direct remarkable influence to the enterprise innovation performance, also has the remarkable influence through the exploration and exploitation to the enterprise innovation performance; The innovative culture has the direct remarkable influence to the enterprise innovation performance, Simultaneously also has the remarkable indirect influence through the exploration to the enterprise inno- vation performance.
