借助于复杂网络理论与方法,本文基于知识型企业员工间咨询关系构建了知识型企业内部隐性知识转移网络模型,分析了知识型企业内部隐性知识转移机制。并基于实际的隐性知识转移网络结构,模拟分析了隐性知识增长速度与知识水平差异的演化规律,以及知识型企业员工的自学能力和隐性知识吸收能力对隐性知识增长速度和知识水平差异程度的影响。这为知识型企业内部隐性知识的研究提供一些思路与方法。
By means of complex network theory and methods,this paper constructs tacit knowledge transfer network models for knowledge-based enterprises based on consulting relationships among the staff,and analyzes the transfer mechanism of tacit knowledge in knowledge-based enterprises.Then,based on the actual network architecture,it analyzes the evolution of tacit knowledge growth rate and different levels of knowledge,as well as the impact of self-learning ability and absorptive capacity of tacit knowledge on the tacit knowledge growth rate and different levels of knowledge.This provides some ideas and methods to study tacit knowledge of knowledge-based enterprises.
