Knowledge network has become one of hot research topics in modern knowledge management circle and practical field. This paper introduces the background, definition, type, cause, process, management mechanism, operational model of the rise of knowledge network and points out the limitation of knowledge network and its enlightenment on China＇s enterprises in order to provide a new angle and research reference for the development of inter - organization network theory of China＇s enterprises.
