促使知识网络形成的原因是多方面的,是内因和外因综合作用的结果。从组织内部看,复杂的学习动机、提高创新效率、追求高收益成本比、分散创新风险、合理配置资源、解决资源稀缺困境、增大权力、群体认知度和声誉的建立等是其动力因素;从组织外部看,应对多变的市场环境、实现共赢以及信息网络技术的飞速发展起到了推动作用。这些动力因素可以从协同理论、耗散结构理论、组织学习理论、博弈论、专业化分工和交易费用理论、中间组织理论、资源基础理论、生态位理论、社会资本理论、社会网络理论等多个视角分别加以分析。

These factors can be analyzed from a perspective of dynamic synergies theory, of dissipative structure theory, of organizational learning theory, of game theory, of theory of specialized division of labor and transaction costs, of theory of intermediate organizations, of the resource base of theory, of ecological niche theory, of network theory, of social capital theory, of social network theory, and so on.
