英文摘要：
This paper defines the perception of knowledge networks＇justice,and makes the presumptive models of knowledge networks＇distributive justice,procedural justice and interactive justice,which affect knowledge sharing through trust.And structural equation model is used to test the hypotheses.The study indicates that trust is a significant path between distributive justice,interactive justice and knowledge sharing.The study also shows that procedural justice influences trust significantly but has no impact on knowledge sharing directly.
