目前涉及企业知识流动与动态能力关系的研究很少。本文为打开知识流动到知识优势的黑箱,引入动态能力理论,构建企业知识流动、动态能力与知识优势的交互模型,并利用结构方程模型对成都、德阳、绵阳、眉山、资阳五市经济圈190家企业进行实证分析。结果表明：企业知识流动并不直接促成知识优势,动态能力是知识优势形成的重要中介变量。
英文摘要：
At present, the research on the relationship between enterprise knowledge flows and dynamic capabilities arerare. In order to open the black box of knowledge flows to knowledge advantage, the paper introduces the theory of dynamiccapabilities and then constructs an interaction model of enterprise knowledge flows, dynamic capability and knowledge ad-vantage. And through using structural equation model to analyze the empirical data of the 190 companies from the economiccircle of Chengdu, Deyang, Mianyang, Meishan and Ziyang. The results show that the enterprise knowledge flows are not di-rectly bring knowledge advantage, dynamic capability is an important mediating variable to form knowledge advantage.
