以四君子汤中的有效成分甘草酸单铵盐含量为指标,药物浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交实验优选四君子汤的煎煮工艺。结果表明,考察因素对甘草酸单铵盐提取量影响的顺序依次为煎煮次数〉煎煮时间〉用水剂量〉浸泡时间,煎煮次数对工艺有显著影响;四君子汤最佳煎煮条件为:浸泡30 min、加水量10倍、煎煮时间2 h,煎煮3次。
To study the extracting technology of Sijunzi decoction,L9(34) orthogonal experiment which contained 4 influential factors(including soaking time,water amount,decoction time and the times of decoction) and 3 levels was carried out.Active constituent ammonium glycyrrhizinate of Sijunzi decoction was selected as the index of evaluation.Results showed that the extracting quantity of Sijunzi decoction was significantly influenced by the times of decoction while other 3 factors had no significant influence.The best decoction condition was concluded as 30 minutes of soaking time,water amount of 10 times,2 hours of decocting time and 3 times of decoction.
