为明确饲料中苯甲酸钠的质量分数水平对生鲜乳中苯甲酸质量分数的影响,选择正常健康的奶牛随机分为空白组和实验组,空白组饲喂正常日粮,实验组饲喂添加苯甲酸钠的日粮,采集生鲜乳检测苯甲酸质量分数、马尿酸质量分数、酸度和菌落总数。结果表明,饲料中苯甲酸的质量分数越高,生鲜乳中苯甲酸和马尿酸的质量分数也越高,低剂量组B(5g/kg)生鲜乳中苯甲酸和马尿酸的质量分数分别最高达2.07mg/kg和29.23mg/kg,高剂量组C(12.5g/kg)生鲜乳中苯甲酸和马尿酸的质量分数分别最高达3.10mg/kg和48.77mg/kg。结果表明,即使在高剂量苯甲酸的条件下饲喂奶牛,其生产的生鲜乳对人类健康也不会产生不良影响。另外,饲料中的苯甲酸质量分数水平不会影响生鲜乳的酸度和菌落总数。
To illuminate the effect of sodium benzonate in feed on the level of benzoic acid in raw milk, healthy Holstein dairy cows were di- vided into 3 groups, control and test groups. The control group was fed a basal diet and the test groups were additionally given 5 g/kg and 12.5 g/kg of dietary sodium benzonate. The acidity, aerobic bacterial count and content of benzoic acid and hippuric acid were been tested. The results indicated that the content of benzoic acid and hippuric acid in raw milk were increased gradually with the content of sodium ben- zonate in feed. When 5 g/kg sodium benzonate was fed, the content of benzoic acid and hippuric acid in raw milk were up to 2.07 mg/kg and 29.23 mg/kg. For 12.5 g/kg benzoic acid was fed, the content of benzoic acid and hippuric acid in raw milk were up to 3.10 mg/kg and 48.77mg/kg. The analysis show that even high dose sodium benzonate was fed to dairy cow, the raw milk will not generate adverse effect to human health. Moreover, the content of sodium benzonate in feed has no effect on the acidity and aerobic bacterial count of raw milk.
