金黄色葡萄球菌是引起食物中毒的常见食源性致病菌之一,如何快速准确检测食品中的金黄色葡萄球菌是预防其引起大规模疾病爆发的关键环节。传统的检测方法不易区分死活菌,易导致假阳性或假阴性结果的出现。重点综述了近些年建立的常用金黄色葡萄球菌活菌快速检测的方法,分析比较了各检测方法的优缺点,以期为金黄色葡萄球菌活菌检测技术的进一步开发利用提供方法参考。
Staphylococcus aureus is one of the major foodborne pathogens causing food poisoning.Rapid and accurate detection of S.aureus is the key to prevent large-scale outbreaks of this infectious disease.Traditional detection methods cannot discriminate viable pathogens from dead ones easily and lead to false positive and false negative results.The commonly detection method of live S.aureus established in recent years was reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages of each method was analyzed and compared in this paper,with an aim to provide references for further detection of live S.aureus.
