分析产品数字化设计系统的耗散结构特性,提出在这类系统中,普遍存在与系统有序性密切相关的时、空信息差,可以用以衡量系统演化的特性,从而成为评价产品数字化设计系统重要的序参量。基于信息熵理论给出时、空信息差量化计算方法,在此基础上建立数字化设计系统有序性判别模型。通过引入支持"一元四体"产品信息模型的新型软件平台,改变产品数字化设计系统的产品建模原理和软件架构技术,以某汽车变速器中间轴为例,完成同一产品设计实例,对产品数字化设计系统的时、空信息差进行比较分析,验证了使用产品数字化设计系统有序性判别模型研究产品数字化设计系统演化方向的可行性。
The dissipative structure characteristic of product digital design system is analyzed. It is proposed that in this kind of system,there universally exists time-space information difference closely related with the system orderliness,and which can be used to measure the characteristic of system evolution,thereby becoming an important order parameter in the evaluation of product digital design system. Based on information entropy theory,the quantitative calculation method for time-space information difference is given,and on this basis,a discrimination model of digital design system orderliness is established. The product modeling principle and software architecture technology of digital design system of product can be changed by using a new software platform which supports "a model with four bodies" product information model. The feasibility of using discriminate model of digital design system order to research evolution direction of digital design system is verified through completing example of same product like automotive transmission intermediate shaft and making comparative analysis of time-space information difference of digital design system of product.
