在汽车车架分析中引入一种超高速计算方法——缩减基法。缩减基法的计算过程分为离线阶段和在线阶段,离线阶段中建立车架的参数设计空间,计算与设计参数无关的项,在线阶段中选取新设计参数即可快速得到计算结果。将缩减基法结果与有限元结果进行比较,对误差进行了分析。计算实例表明,缩减基法可快速甚至实时地得到计算结果,且有很高的计算精度。
A real-time algorithm, called reduced-basis method (RBM), was firstly introduced to the analysis of truck frame. The implementation of the reduced-basis method can be separated into two stages, the expensive off-line stage and the efficient on-line stage. Sample design parameters were selected, and space of design parameters of the frame was established on the on-line stage. When different design parameters were selected, results computed from reduced-basis method and finite element method were analyzed to obtain the error on the on-line stage. It is shown that reduced -basis method can get results very fast,even real-time, without losing accuracy.
