应用量纲分析法建立了气囊缓冲过程中的动力学模型,提出了一种基于遗传算法的缓冲气囊动态特性参数的优化方法。基于此方法对气囊高度、排气孔面积和初始充气压力进行了优化。试验结果表明:该方法能减少气囊设计过程中试验的次数,降低试验成本,在载人空投防护技术领域具有一定的实际工程意义。
The dynamics model of the airbag was developed based on the dimensional analytical method. An optimization procedure based on the genetic algorithm was proposed to search the key parameters such as the area of vent, initial pressure and height of the airbag dynamic characteristics. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method gives an optimal design of airbag with reducing experimental times and cutting down experimental cost. The method can also be used in the field of other airdrop protections.
