在不带安全气囊的约束系统中转向盘的性能参数对驾驶员的影响很大。通过仿真与实验结合的方法,采用与实际假人头部同重的头型空心钢球以一定的速度撞击转向盘实验获得的钢球质心加速度曲线来反求转向盘的力学性能。为了提高计算效率,采用了简化计算模型,运用遗传算法搜寻与实验值在最小二乘意义上最接近的仿真结果。整车碰撞实验结果证明了此方法的正确性。
Based on the combination of simulation and test, the mechanics performance parameters of steering wheel are backwards identified by the acceleration curve of the mass center of a hollow steel ball( with the same mass as dummy head), hitting on the steering wheel with a given velocity in a test. For enhancing calculation efficiency, a simplified simulation model is used. Micro genetic algorithm is utilized to search the simulated result closest to the tested one in a least-square sense. The results of complete vehicle impact test prove the validity of the method.
