针对近似模型在非线性优化技术中应用的技术瓶颈,对基于设计变量的空间映射方法进行了修正,提出了基于响应函数的近似模型构造方法。结合先进的智能布点技术,构建了针对大规模非线性优化问题的求解体系。为了验证算法的性能,将该方法应用于薄板冲压成形体系中的拉延筋设计,得到了令人满意的结果。
According to the technical bottleneck of the metamodeling technique and potential drawbacks of design variable-- based space mapping algorithms, the response-- based space mapping metamodeling technique was suggested herein. To improve the efficiency of the suggested metamodeling technique, an intelligent sampling scheme was integrated in the proposed system. In order to validate the performance of the proposed method, the intelligent sampling--based space mapping metamodeling technique was applied successfully for drawbead design in sheet forming optimization.
