构建了气囊缓冲的动力学模型,并提出了一种高效的气囊缓冲特性多目标优化方法,该方法以气囊缓冲特性为优化目标,采用微型多目标遗传算法,对气囊底面积、气囊高度、初始充气压力、爆破膜起爆阈值和喷管结构尺寸进行了优化。实验结果表明,该方法不但能减少气囊设计过程中实验的次数,降低昂贵的实验成本,还能仅通过一次计算就提供多组方案以满足不同产品的需要。该研究在载人空投防护技术领域也具有一定的实际工程意义。
A dynamics model of airbag was developed based on the thermodynamics theory. A multi -objective optimization method for the optimization of cushion characteristics of the airbag was suggested. The objectives were the cushion characteristic of airbag. The micro multi-objective genetic algorithm with high efficiency was adopted to search the key parameters, such as the structure of pipe, initial pressure,pop pressure and the bottom area and height of the airbag dynamic characteristics. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method gives an optimal design of airbag with reducing experimental numbers and cutting down experimental cost, and the several dynamic characteristics of airbag which can fulfill different needs are acquired efficiency. The method can also be used in the field of other airdrop protections.
