当今时代,信息技术越来越深入到日常的教育生活中,尤其是在新课程改革之后,信息技术教师无论是在设计方案上还是在教学活动上都有了很大程度的提高。信息技术教师作为学校管理系统不可缺少的特殊群体,是实现基础教育信息化的中坚和先锋。信息技术教师的专业发展,在很大程度上决定着基础教育信息化建设的进程。在新课程背景下,从学校、教师、学生三个维度审视河南省洛阳市中学信息技术教师的专业发展现状,分析其专业发展中存在的问题,提出有针对性的策略建议,有助于促进其专业发展。
Today, information technology has a great influence in everyday education, especially aiter the new curriculum reform, information technology teachers in both design and teaching activities have greatly improved. Information technology teachers, as a part of the school management system, are an indispensable special group, also the backbone of the implementation of basic education and information technology. Their professional development, to a large extent, determines the process of the information construction in basic education. This paper is the result of the case study of Luoyang City, it analyses the present situation of and the existing problems in the information technology teachers' professional development in light of the new curriculum from three aspects of schools, teachers and students, and proposes some feasible countermeasures and strategy.
