目的：评价暗娼（FSW）中女用安全套干预措施对提高安全套使用率的影响。方法：对目标场所FSW女用安全套的使用进行干预促进。结果：经干预后,FSW最近1次发生性行为时安全套使用率从74.8%上升到98.8%;最近1个月使用率从9.5%上升到87.7%,其中女用安全套使用比例从1.4%上升到13.8%。结论：女用安全套干预措施可以明显提高该人群安全套的使用率。
英文摘要：
Objective： To assess the influence of condom promotion on female condom use in female sex workers（ FSW）. Methods： Female condom use was promoted among FSWs in targeted entertainment establishments. Results： After intervention,condom usage rate was increased from 74. 8% to 98. 8% in the last sex contact and from 9. 5% to 87. 7% in the last month. The female condom use was increased from 1. 4% to13. 8%. Conclusion： Female condom intervention can promotes condom use.
